A dozen novelty edge scissors were used to cut paper into a rainbow of strips creating the “scissor” print from 1997. This 100% polyester georgette, relaxed fit slip dress features adjustable, hand-braided rayon ribbon straps that are finished with 24 kt gold metal beads from Todd Oldham Fall 1994.
